Adam Hall & Aberdeen Play Hickory Crawdads
Adam Hall had a 3 for 5 from the plate on the night, but he could not prevent his Aberdeen IronBirds teammates from falling 7 – 6 to the Hickory Crawdads.
Hall had a double, and a triple, a stolen base which was his 24th of the season and he scored a run.
Aberdeen took the lead in the top of the second with a single run, but the Hickory Crawdads, scored 3 runs in the bottom half of the inning to take a 3 – 1 lead.
Aberdeen answered with 3 runs of their own in the top of the 3rd inning, Hickory replied to a single run in the bottom of the inning with the team’s level at 4 – 4.
In the 5th inning, Aberdeen scored a run, but Hickory scored twice to take a 6 – 5 lead, and then both teams would score a run, to make the final score 7 – 6.
