Reality hurts, doesn’t it lol
We’re never going to compete in a major competition with a coaching staff that that’s not ‘elite’.
Even as our players gain professional experience and are capable of competing at the highest level, they are returning to train in ‘amateurish’ conditions.
We have to choose players who have Bermudian nationality but not our coaches.
If you want any indication of the competency all you have to do is look at who he has surrounded himself within his coaching staff.
The good results we have experienced our indicative of the quality of experience and progression of our overseas players, and is in spite of the incompetency of our national program.
