Elliot Trust Education Awards Presented
Members of the Elliot School Alumni Association recently gathered at the Christ Anglican Church hall to award this year’s Elliot Trust education awards, with Egypt Cann, Elicia Albuoy, and Yolanda Dyer all receiving scholarships.
A spokesperson said, “On Monday, May 31, 2021 at approximately 4.30pm, members of the Elliot School Alumni Association gathered at the Christ Anglican Church hall to present this year’s recipients of the further education awards funded by The Elliot Trust.
“One of the main requirements of the scholarships is that the applicants must have attended, or be a close relative of someone who attended, Elliot Primary.
“Similar to last year, this year’s recipients were presented with their scholarships by one of the two remaining trustees, Mr. Leon Simmons. The recipients are Egypt Cann, Elicia Albuoy, and Yolanda Dyer.”
