[Updated] HSBC Bermuda said they are “aware that some customers are unable to reach the HSBC Bermuda Telephone Contact Centre.”
“We are investigating and will provide further updates as soon as we have more information. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused,” a spokesperson said.
Update Sept 1, 1.20pm: A spokesperson said, “The telephone lines to the HSBC Contact Centre were restored early yesterday evening and are fully operational.
“We appreciate your patience during this outage and again apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced.”
