BWS: Fred & Grace Are Not A Threat To Bermuda

The 2021 Atlantic Hurricane Season continues, with two systems now swirling in the Atlantic with Tropical Storm Grace joining Tropical Depression Fred.

Tropical Depression Fred is “not a threat to Bermuda at this time”, the Bermuda Weather Service said, with its closest point of approach to Bermuda within 72 hours having passed.

Tropical Storm Grace is “not a threat to Bermuda at this time”, the Bermuda Weather Service said, with its closest point of approach to Bermuda within 72 hours forecast to be 830 nm to the SSW at 5am on Tuesday August 17th with the BWS noting that “this system may move closer to Bermuda after this time period depending upon its track.”
