2021 National Economic Report Of Bermuda
“The impact of Covid-19 on the Bermuda economy may linger for a longer period than the disease itself” as “the economic impact witnessed in 2020 has been much more severe than any downturn in recent memory.”

“The Economic Recovery Plan [ERP] is the response to these various challenges. This ambitious but achievable plan combines fiscal responsibility with a clear path to growth, employment, and greater economic equity.”

I have not seen much fiscal responsibility or economic growth from the Bermuda government in most of the last 20 years. I have seen the opposite. Tax and spend budgets followed by rhetoric and taxation plans designed to drive wealth from Bermuda.
