Ball Hockey: Spine And Sport & BDA Spirits Win
The latest round of Bermuda Ball Hockey Winter League action at the PCC Hockey Rink saw a total of 9 goals scored between the two matches.
Alexandra Mosher 2 Spine and Sport 3
In the opener Spine and Sport came from behind to defeat Alexandra Mosher 3 – 2.
In the first period, JM Tremblay gave Alexandra Mosher the lead, but Brandon Willett equalized for Spine and Sport, and Tremblay added his second goal of the game to give Alexandra Mosher a 2 – 1 lead.
Neither team scored in the second period, but in the third period, Jeffrey Ingleman equalized for Spine and Sport, and then Christopher Merritt scored the winner.
BDA Spirits 3 Appleby 1
In the nightcap the BDA Spirits defeated Appleby 3 – 1, the BDA Spirits got a hat-trick from Marcel Bouwens, with Nathan Kowalski scoring the lone goal for Appleby.
