Driver Injured After Crashing Into Utility Pole
A driver sustained “sustained a suspected neck injury” after crashing into a pole in Paget today [March 6].
A police spokesperson said, “Shortly after 10:00 a.m. today, Sunday 6th March, 2022, Police and EMS personnel were dispatched to a single vehicle road traffic collision involving a private motor car near Garden Drive on South Road, Paget.
“Initial reports indicate the female driver sustained sustained a suspected neck injury after the vehicle struck a BELCO utility pole.
“She was transported via ambulance to King Edward Hospital for treatment to her injury. The vehicle was left with extensive damage.”
