[Phased Re-Opening] Regulations 2021
Amendment Of Large Group Exemptions
The Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport hereby amends the following large group exemptions which were previously granted under regulation 5[5] of the Public Health [Covid-19 Emergency Powers] [Phased Re-opening] Regulations 2021:
To allow the use of SafeKey or a negative antigen test taken the day of the event for indoor gatherings over the permitted number of persons [200].
