Parish Clinch Title & Wolves Awarded Points
Hamilton Parish were crowned the First Division champions at the BAA Field following their 3 – 0 win over promotion chasers Boulevard Blazers.
After a scoreless first half, Kneiko Richardson gave Hamilton Parish the lead in the 52nd minute, Shayne Hollis doubled the Hamilton Parish lead five minutes later. Macquille Walker then put the game well out of the reach of the Boulevard Blazers in the 69th minute when he made it 3 – 0 to Hamilton Parish.
BFA Announcement
The Bermuda Football Association has announced that the Competitions Committee have advised that the First Division match which was not played between the Paget Lions and Wolves scheduled for Saturday, March 12th, 2022, will not be rescheduled.
The Committee revealed that there is no room to reschedule the match on a weekend and mid-week. This match will be registered as a forfeit against the Paget Lions.
The score of 3 – 0 shall be recorded in favor of the opposing team Wolves.
