Two Vehicle Collision On Middle Road
A two vehicle collision occurred on Middle Road in Warwick this afternoon [April 16] with a motorcyclist receiving injuries “described as serious.”
A police spokesperson said, “Around 4:00 pm on Saturday, 16th April 2022, police and other first responders were dispatched to a report of a two vehicle collision on Middle Road, Warwick, near the junction with Ord Road.
“Initial information suggests a private motorcar was traveling in a westerly direction and a motorcycle was in the opposite direction, when the two vehicles collided.
“As a result, the male motorcycle rider was thrown from the cycle and into nearby bushes. He was conveyed to King Edward Memorial Hospital for treatment to injuries described as serious.
“The male driver of the motorcar was not reported to be injured.
“Motorists are advised to use Harbour Road and South Road, while police process the scene.
