Coach Proud Of Team’s Medal Winning Showing
U13 Coach Mike Gazzard says he is “extremely proud” of the way the U13 volleyball team performed this past weekend at the Rhode Island Rumble #2 tournament, where they won a silver medal.
Coach Gazzard said, “I am extremely proud of the way the U13 team performed this past weekend at the Rhode Island Rumble #2 tournament. The team played with determination and consistency, and they raised their level of play during the playoffs, which ultimately led to their silver medal and overall team success.
“While these results are certainly gratifying, we as a group know there is much more work to be done in order to win against top tier teams at future tournaments. The U13 team will be traveling once more over the weekend of May 14th to compete in Daytona Beach, and we look forward to the challenge of improving upon our individual skills while pushing for new levels of team success.”
