Hamilton Parish & North Village Rams Win

The Bermuda Football Association’s Inaugural Under 23 League season is coming to an end, a double-header at the BAA Field produced 12 goals and also saw the champions crowned.

In the opener, Hamilton Parish defeated the PHC Zebras 4 – 3. Senaj Mitchell scored a hattrick to lead Hamilton Parish to victory, with Samuel McKittrick scoring the winner, while the PHC Zebras got single strikes from Arnezha Astwood, Jalun Hassell, and Quinaceo Hunt.

Dandy Town Hornets 2 North Village Rams 3

In the nightcap, the North Village Rams were crowned Champions of the Under 23 Summer League after they defeated second place Dandy Town Hornets 3 – 2.

The North Village Rams jumped to a 3 – 0 lead with two goals from Justin Bell, and a single strike from Chekai Caisey. David Blankendal pulled one back late in the first half before Isaiah Blankendal converted a penalty early in the second half to pull the Dandy Town Hornets within one, but the North Village Rams held on to win and were crowned the champions.
