Madelyn Moore Begins Hokie Belt Challenge
Madelyn Moore and her Virginia Tech Swimming and Diving teammates started the season with their annual Hokie Belt Challenge, where the Orange Team took the top spot.
Moore and her Women’s Orange teammates took the lead, accumulating 207 points, almost doubling the 111 points earned by the Women’s Maroon team.
Moore finished 3rd in the women’s 100 LC meter backstroke clocking a time of 1:05.75, and during the women’s 50 LC meter freestyle, she recorded a time of 26.18 to finish 3rd.
