Photos, Video & Results: BASA Swim Meet

Many of Bermuda’s best swimmers of all ages, including Olympian Roy Allen Burch, took to the pool this weekend for the Makin Waves Summer Age Group Championships. Close to 200 swimmers competed from Friday May 28th to Sunday May 30th, with distance events on Friday night, heats on Saturday and Sunday mornings with finals on the Saturday and Sunday evenings. • Boys: Jude Moseley, 8 – Dolphins Swim Team Club

9-10

• Girls: Megan Lau, 9 – Dolphins Swim Team
• Boys: Josh Irvine, 10 – Dolphins Swim Team

11-12

• Girls: Somer Froud, 12 – Sharks Swim Club
• Boys: Denis Pasagic, 12 – Dolphins Swim Team

13-14

• Girls: Sophie Froud, 14 – Sharks Swim Club
• Boys: Tadhg O’Shaughnessy, 13 – Dolphins Swim Team

15 & Over

• Girls: Stephanie Myles, 18 – Sharks Swim Club
