Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Minister of Economy and Labour, by the following person[s] for the grant of a Permanent Resident’s Certificate, under the provisions of section 31B of the Bermuda Immigration and Protection Act, 1956, [viz: were ordinarily resident in Bermuda for the period of ten [10] years immediately preceding application; are of good conduct and character; are at least eighteen[18] years of age; are either: a] the son or daughter of a person who was granted a permanent resident’s certificate and is above the upper limit of compulsory school age or b] the spouse of a person who was granted a permanent resident’s certificate.
