61-Year-Old Injured In Collision In Southampton
A 61-year-old man was injured in a collision last night [Oct 14] on Middle Road in Southampton.
A spokesperson said, “Around 9:40 pm on Friday, October 14th, 2022, police responded to a single vehicle road traffic collision, on Middle Road near the junction with Luke’s Pond Road, Southampton.
“A sixty-one-year-old male was riding was riding a motorcycle west, on Middle Road, when he lost control of the vehicle and ended up on the roadway.
“He was transported by ambulance to the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, where he was attended to for what what were described as non life threatening injuries, abrasions to the face and a broken right shoulder.
“Investigations into this matter are ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call 211or, the main police number, 295-0011.”
