Watford Sports Club 5 – Warwick Workmen’s Club One 0
At the Warwick Workmen’s Club, Watford Sports Club defeated the host 5 – 0.
Watford’s Winslow Smith opened the scoring, taking the 1st of 2 games against Warwick’s Pamela Quadroy 43-17.
Reigning DeSilva Cup champion, Keino Zuill built on that lead when he defeated Warwick’s Gary Bascombe in the next game, 53-33 and Watford’s Kidd Mouchette defeated Warwick’s Damon Hanley 48-21
Smith made it 4 – 0 for Watford when he defeated Quadroy in the 2nd of their 2 games, 57-17.
In the doubles, Aaron Bean and Zuill completed the whitewash for Watford, defeating Warwick’s Hanley/Bascombe 46-38.
Warwick Workmen’s Club Two 4 – RAA 1
Warwick Workmen’s Club Two defeated RAA 4 – 1, in their match at the RAA Club.
Warwick captain Steven Bremar took an early lead when he defeated RAA’s Kyle Willliams in the 1st of 2 games, 49-29, Bremar went on to make it 2 – 0, taking the 2nd of their 2 games 60-18.
Zane DeSilva made it 3 – 0 for Warwick when he defeated RAA’s Jelani Hollis 62-42
RAA’s Fred Richardon got RAA on the board, when he defeated Warwick’s Ray DeSilva 47-30 to make it 3 – 1.
In the Doubles Warwick duo Zane and Ray DeSilva sealed the 4 – 1 win when they overcame RAA’s Richardson/Hollis 54-48.
