Daley Wins More Medals In Canadian Event

Elan Daley was back in action competing in the Canadian Age Group Championships, earning another three gold medals.

On day two, she once again stood on top of the podium three times while swimming three personal best times. Those wins took her gold medal capture to six in six events.

After clocking a personal best time of 59.76 in the preliminaries, Daley touched the wall in a gold medal personal best time of 59.70 in the women’s 100 meter butterfly final.

In the women’s 50 meter breaststroke preliminaries, Daley clocked a time of 33.59. She went even faster in the final, clocking a gold medal personal best time of 31.94.

In her final event on day two, Daley clocked a gold medal personal best time of 25.35 in the women’s 50 meter freestyle final, this after clocking a time of 25.72 in the preliminaries.
