‘Bermuda-Style’ House For Sale For $48 Million
A house billed as ‘Bermuda-style’ house in Florida returned to the market, with a price tag of $48 million after selling for $30.7 million in 2021.
The Palm Beach Daily News website said, “An ocean-to-lake estate near Palm Beach has returned to the market with a price tag of $48 million after selling for $30.7 million in 2021.
“The gated estate at 1120 S. Ocean Blvd. comprises 2 acres with about 193 feet facing the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway in Manalapan, the wealthy town south of Palm Beach.
“Built in 1955 but extensively updated, the seven-bedroom, Bermuda-style house has 13,876 square feet of living space, inside and out. Thanks to the lot’s sloped topography, the house’s front facade rises two stories while the oceanfront side is confined to one story above ground.”
