Volleyball Teams Continue Competing In Boston
Six Bermuda Volleyball Association’s Junior National teams continued competing in the Nike Boston Volleyball Festival.
The boy’s under 16 team finished the day with a record of 4 & 2; they started out the day defeating the Fury 2 – 0, lost to NEVBC Boys Open 2 – 1, before closing out the day with a 2 – 0 win over LIVBC Blue.
The under 14 boys won both their matches on the day as they won 2 – 1 Smash Thunder, before defeating ACAD Boys Blue 2 – 0.
Bermuda’s under 16 girls finished with a win and two defeats on the day. They fell 2 – 0 to Avidity Jade, before falling 2 – 1 to ENVY Wildfire, before defeating the SSW Werewolves 2 – 0.
The under 14 girls remain undefeated in the tournament going 3 & 0 for the second straight day, they defeated Whirlwind 2 – 1, before defeating DVA Blue, and Lakes Region Club 2 – 0.
Bermuda’s under 13 girls team finished the day 2 & 0, they opened up with a 2 – 0 win over 603 United Derry, before defeating Slam by the same score.
The under 12 girls’ team defeated the Husky Black 2 – 0, before defeating Slam 2 – 0 to finish 2 & 0 on the day.
