Phillips Begins Play In Battle Of Boca In Florida
Daniel Phillips began the Battle of Boca Tournament in Florida, battling in the men’s open singles division.
On the opening day, Phillips took on Edward Wang from the United States in the round of 64, advancing with a straight sets victory 6-3, 6-2.
Phillips returned to the court for the round of 32 against Juan Mendoza also from the United States. Phillips advanced again by winning in straight sets 6-1, 6-1.
