Gnosis National Squash Championships Day 4
It was semi-finals night at the Bermuda Squash Club as the GNOSIS Bermuda National Squash Championships 2023 continued.
The much anticipated men’s open final is on tap as both Noah Browne and Micah Franklin won their matches, while Eilidh Franklin and Izzy White will meet in the ladies final.
Four matches needed five sets to decide a winner, in the men’s B main draw Elijah Simmons defeated Brendon Fourie 7-11, 9-11, 11-9, 11-7, 11-6, while Eli Carpol defeated Malcolm Woodley 11-8, 4-11, 11-3, 9-11, 11-1.
In the men’s B plate draw, Graeme Henderson defeated Jason Savoury 9-11, 10-12, 11-5, 11-6, 11-8, and in the men’s C plate draw, Kevin Gillespie defeated David Soutter 11-9, 3-11, 2-11, 11-7, 11-3.
