Marleigh Howes Wins Carifta Swim Medal
Bermuda swimmers were back in action on the final day of the 2023 CARIFTA Aquatics Championships in Curacao.
Bermuda captured one more medal on the day, with Marleigh Howes winning the silver medal in the 13-14 girls 400 meter LC freestyle touching the wall in a time of 4:48.44.
Also competing in the finals on the final night was Howes in the 13-14 girls 50 meter LC freestyle 50m freestyle, after she finished 4th in the preliminaries.
Elanna Fulton advanced to the 13-14 girls 200 meter LC backstroke final finishing 6th in the preliminaries.
The 15-17 girls 200m freestyle relay team of Imojen Judd, Myeisha Sharrieff, Adriana Argent, and Bella Howes advanced to the final.
