End-To-End To Include 3 Mile Fun Walk Option
A three-mile Fun Walk & Cycle event has been added to the upcoming Convex End-to-End, providing “a great opportunity for families with small children, primary school students, seniors or anyone who can’t commit to the full day.”
A spokesperson said, “The Convex End-to-End Fun Walk & Cycle sponsored by Athene will take place at 2pm on Saturday, May 6th starting at Beacon Hill in Somerset. The Fun Walk & Cycle provides a great opportunity for families with small children, primary school students, seniors or anyone who can’t commit to the full day to participate in the End-to-End.
“The 3 mile event ends in Dockyard along with all other End-to-End events, allowing participants to join in the finish line celebrations. A shuttle will be provided from Dockyard to take participants back to the start location at Beacon Hill.”

Anne Mello, End-to-End Board Chair, said, “We are thrilled to have the Bermuda Special Olympics team, sponsored by Athene, participating in the Fun Walk & Cycle, as well as a team from the Mid Atlantic Wellness Centre. Local physiotherapist Mauren Ryan from Myotherapy Centre will be providing the warm up for the event.”
The spokesperson said, “Anyone interested in participating in the Fun Walk & Cycle or any other End-to-End event can sign up online at bermudaendtoend.bm/register. Registration is $50 for adults and $25 for kids under 18 years of age. Entry includes a 2023 End-to-End T-shirt, canvas tote bag, finish medal, free ferry rides throughout the day, water stop giveaways and entertainment along the route.
“Participants can collect their T-shirts and goodie bags from the End-to-End event office in the Washington Mall from May 1st-5th between 8:30am – 5:00pm.
“Funds raised during this year’s End-to-End will go to the following charities: Bermuda Zoological Society [BZS], Gina Spence Productions, The Eliza DoLittle Society, The Skills Development Program and Vision Bermuda.”
