James Burr is no longer a Director of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Butterfield & Son Limited, as he did not stand for re-election.
A spokesperson said, “In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited advised that effective 24 May 2023, Mr. James Burr is no longer a Director of the Board of Directors of The Bank of N.T Butterfield & Son Limited, as he did not stand for re-election at the Bank’s Annual General Meeting held 24 May 2023.”
