John Wright Steps Down From Butterfield Board
The Bank of N.T. Butterfield announced that John Wright is no longer a director after he did not stand for re-election at the bank’s Annual General Meeting on September 18.
In a filing with a BSX the company said, “Pursuant to BSX Regulation 6.16 [1] [ii], we write to advise that, effective 18 September 2026, Mr. John Wright is no longer a Director of the Board of Directors of The Bank of N.T Butterfield & Son Limited, as he did not stand for re-election at the Bank’s Annual General Meeting held today, 18 September 2026.”
