Sclerosis Expert To Speak At ‘Docs For Dinner’
Dr. Matthew McAdams, Director of the Multiple Sclerosis Center at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, will be the guest speaker at the Bermuda HealthCare Services and Brown-Darrell Clinic quarterly “Docs for Dinner” event on June 29th at 6:30 p.m. at The Hamilton Princess Hotel & Beach Club.
A spokesperson said, “Dr. McAdams will speak on the topic ‘The Role of Imaging in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Multiple Sclerosis.’
“Dr. McAdams is a graduate of Boston University who leads a unique multidisciplinary team of specialists responsible for providing MS patients with the latest innovative treatment technologies. He is continuously involved in clinical research trials whose ultimate goal is discovering a cure for multiple sclerosis.
“Started in 2008 in affiliation with the world-renowned Lahey Clinic, ‘Docs for Dinner’ enables local doctors to interact with leading medical professionals from abroad to exchange ideas and cutting-edge medical information.
