Horizon Communications Assets To Be Sold

The Joint Receivers of Horizon Communications Ltd will be selling some of the company’s assets, including electronic equipment, telecommunications equipment, hardware and cabling, data centre, office furniture and equipment.

A spokesperson said, “Michael Morrison and Charles Thresh of Teneo [Bermuda] Limited were appointed as Joint Receivers [JRs] of Horizon Communications Ltd. on January 5, 2023.

“The JRs are pleased to offer for sale certain of the Company’s assets from the Company’s premises. Items for sale include [but are not limited to], the following:

• Electronic equipment
• Telecommunications equipment
• Hardware and cabling
• Data centre
• Office furniture and equipment

• Time: 9.30am-5.30pm
• Attendance: By written acceptance of an expression of interest only.

Process

“Following viewing the items for sale, interested parties will need to submit their best and final offer[s] in writing to shrene.shergill@teneo.com on a closed bid basis by 23.59 on 25 July 2023 for consideration. The JRs will revert to successful bidders within 24 hours of bidding closure.

“Pictures of specific items to be acquired is encouraged to avoid any misunderstanding of the items being bid on. Please note that bulk purchases of assets will likely take priority.

“An invoice[s] will be raised to successful bidders which will need to be settled in full within 48 hours of receipt and prior to collection of any goods. All items must be collected within 48 hours of payment [unless an extension is authorised in writing by the JRs].

Terms and Conditions:

• Items are sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. The JRs provide no warranties, representations, covenants or indemnities as to the assets sold, the condition or whether the same is fit for purpose. You acknowledge that you will have no recourse to the Company or the JRs.

• Certain items may also be subject to regulatory restrictions on use and/or require the owner to hold requisite regulatory license[s], consent[s], permit[s] or other approval[s]. The JRs are not responsible for items once purchased and ability of use thereafter. Any purchaser is responsible for ensuring they comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

• No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

• The JRs act as agents of the Company and without personal liability at all times.”
