  1. Erm says:

The Customs CAPS system has been offline all this time.
This causes major disruption to many merchants and all the couriers.
How can they keep saying that customs is not affected?

    • Joe Bloggs says:

How can you tell if a politician is lying?

    • Cup Noodles says:

Agreed! This is exactly what I would like to know. I am having to work harder than ever just to submit declarations and this outage is causing delays of others getting done. What took me 30 secs to do now takes 20 mins, paperwork has to be dropped off, stamped etc, and we can’t wait for that. My collogues and I are stressed out, and our employer is forcing us to work 6 days a week 12 hours a day until this is back up.

Where is our Premier? I seem to recall that he told us he was a computer expert!

  3. Cup Noodles says:

How can they lie about Customs? Customs CAPS is not, this is major and is causing delays with all couriers, freight forwarders, etc. Declaration have to be submitted manually, what took 20 secs to submit electronically now takes 20 mins, Paperwork has to be dropped off at Customs and collected at a later time. They need to make a statement about this because many importers are complaining and stating couriers are telling lies on Customs.

    • Joe Bloggs says:

The whole of “www.gov.bm” is down.

As for “How can they lie about Customs?”, I refer you to my comment above.

How can you tell if a politician is lying? His mouth is moving!

      • LOL (original) says:

Update “how can you tell a politician is lying? they are tring to communicate” made it more inclusive for you.
