Police Reiterate Appeal To Locate 15-Year-Old
The police reiterated their appeal to locate 15-year-old Raquel Sofia Sousa Sequeria, noting that it has been five days since she was reported missing, adding that they ”strongly remind the public harboring a juvenile is an offence.”
A police spokesperson said, “It has now been five days since 15-year-old Raquel Sofia Sousa Sequeria, was reported missing. Someone in the community knows of her whereabouts. If you are that person, we are urging that you immediately call the main police number 295-0011. This young lady is a juvenile.
“We wish to strongly remind the public harboring a juvenile is an offence punishable under the law. A person guilty of this offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $3,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months.
“Please, if you have any knowledge on the whereabouts of 15-year-old Raquel Sofia Sousa Sequeria, please immediately call the main police number 295-0011.
“Ms. Sousa Sequeria, a Portuguese National, is described as being 5’ in height, light complexioned, slim built, with neck length black hair.
“She was last seen sometime between 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 28th, 2023, in the area of Hillview Lane, Warwick. At the time she was wearing black shorts and a white top.”
