Van Crashes On Side In Pembroke
[Updated with video + police statement] A van was seen crashed on its side on St. Johns Road in Pembroke this afternoon [Nov 12] with the vehicle removed by a tow truck at around 2.00pm. Further details are limited, however we have asked the police for information and will update as able.
Update Nov 13, 6.49pm: The police said, “Around 12:45 p.m. on Sunday, November 12th, 2023, police attended a single vehicle road traffic collision involving a van, near the junction of Moore’s Lane and St. John’s Road, Pembroke.
“The male driver of the van was traveling west along St. John’s Road, when he apparently lost control of the vehicle as he approached the junction with Moore’s Lane. The vehicle skidded off the roadway before it flipped onto its side and landed in the yard of a nearby residence. There were no injuries reported.”
