Connectech Coding To Hold Open House Event
Connectech Coding is getting set to hold an open house event for the public on December 13, with a number of activities planned.
A spokesperson said, “Connectech Coding, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the digital divide and fostering technological innovation in our communities, is inviting the community to join us for a day of exploration, education, and inspiration. Connectech is more than a technology education center; it’s a community of tech enthusiasts and learners coming together to shape the future.
“From 9am to 4pm, school groups and community members are invited to experience the thrill of coding during our special ‘Hour of Code’ sessions, where guests can engage in hands-on activities and explore the world of programming and immerse themselves in the interactive world of robotics discovering the endless possibilities it holds.
“Additionally, Connectech is launching an exclusive sneak peek into our upcoming 2024 course offerings and is providing and opportunity to pre-register for the courses that pique your interest.
“From 5pm to 7pm, tech enthusiasts [18+] are invited to join us for an evening of networking and ‘Tech Talk,’ where like-minded individuals can connect, share ideas, and foster a community of innovation. Don’t miss this exciting chance to connect, learn, and embark on a journey of technological exploration. We look forward to welcoming you to an inspiring day of innovation and discovery.”
Sloane Johnson, Interim Executive Director, said, “We are thrilled to open our doors to the community sharing our passion for technology education and allowing the community to see who we are what’s possible in our space.
