Little Angels Thrift Store To Close Next Month
Friends of Hospice has announced that Little Angels, its pop-up store in Washington Mall, is to close next month.
A spokesperson said, “The thrift and consignment store specialising in children’s clothes, toys and parenting supplies will offer 50 percent off of all priced items with extreme bargains to be had on seasonal children’s clothing. All funds raised will go towards the charity’s mission of supporting hospice and palliative care in Bermuda.
“Any stock remaining after the closure of the store late next month will be donated to other local charitable organisations so bargain hunters shouldn’t sleep on the opportunity to scoop up steeply discounted items.
“The closure of the store, which opened two years ago, comes as the charity shifts its focus towards its 30th anniversary celebrations later in 2024, with exciting new developments to be unveiled soon. The organisation also recently announced the Brian Morris Palliative Care Scholarship, in honour of the Bermudian professional golfer.
“Little Angels is open Monday to Friday, 10am until 2pm, and Saturday, 9am through to 4pm.”
