Golf: Bermuda Amateur Match Play Postponed
The Bermuda Golf Association [BGA] has postponed the Bermuda Amateur Match Play Championships.
A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Golf Association [BGA] regrets to announce the postponement of The Bermuda Amateur Match Play Championships, originally scheduled for April 12th – 14th. Due to unforeseen external variables beyond our control, the BGA has taken the difficult decision to reschedule a major event on the BGA Golf Calendar.
“The confirmed new date for The Bermuda Amateur Match Play Championships will be July 5th – 7th, 2024. The venue remains unchanged and will still take place at the Port Royal Golf Course.
“This decision was made after careful consideration of various factors affecting the successful execution of the event. The BGA remains committed to delivering a high-quality tournament experience for all participants and stakeholders.”
