Notice Of Publication Of Parliamentary Register

Notice is given that, in accordance with section 26A[1][b] of the Parliamentary Election Act 1978, copies of the parliamentary register [“the Register”] for constituency 10 Smith’s North are available from Friday, 19 April 2024 for inspection at the Parliamentary Registry, Craig Appin House 3rd floor, # 8 Wesley Street, Hamilton, the General Post Office in Hamilton and Devonshire and Flatts Post Offices.

Objections to the registration of any person whose name is entered on the Register must be delivered to the Parliamentary Registrar not later than seven days after the publication of the Register. The grounds for such objections must be in writing and accompanied by a deposit of five dollars [$5].

Objections by a person that his name has been irregularly omitted from the Register or that particulars relating to his name are incomplete or inaccurate must be delivered to the Parliamentary Registrar not later than seven days after the publication of the Register. The Governor who has supervision of the Office of the Governor, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

Citation

This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information [Information Statement] [The Office of the Governor] Notice 2015.

Deposit of information statement

Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Office of the Governor information statement has been deposited for public inspection at—

the offices of the Office of the Governor;

the Bermuda Archives; and

the Bermuda National Library,

the Office of the Information Commissioner

and shall come into operation on 1 April 2015.
