BPS Honour Detective Constable Anthony Topey
Detective Constable Anthony Topey was recognized by the Bermuda Police Service today for his outstanding service spanning over 20 years,
A police spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Police Service today recognized Detective Constable Anthony Topey for over 20 years of service to our community.
“DC Topey came to Bermuda in 2004 having served 15 years with the Jamaica Constabulary Force. In a senior managers meeting held this morning, DC Topey was praised, for being meticulous, thorough, courteous and humble.
“Commissioner Darrin Simons commended DC Topey for his work with the Bermuda Customs Department and read a letter of thanks from Principal Customs Officer Roderick Masters who also spoke very highly of DC Topey’s professionalism, attention to detail and overall work ethic.
“Deputy Commissioner Na’imah Astwood stated that he exemplified the Bermuda Police Service Code of ethics. Congratulations DC Topey, and we wish you all the best in your next chapter!”
