Court Street Market To Be Held On Sunday
The merchants of Court Street will be holding the Court Street Market on Sunday [May 19] from 1.00pm to 6.00pm.
A spokesperson said, “The Court Street Market returns this Sunday. Vendors will be along Court Street between Victoria and Elliot Streets. The market will be held from 1.00pm to 6.00pm.”
Market spokesperson Gary Augustus said, “There are a lot of new vendors this year. Court Street Market is an outlet for up and coming business entrepreneurs to show their merchandise and sell to the public.
“What makes our market different than other markets we love to have fun. On Sunday, we will have races, where the winner walks away with prizes and also this is the only market where you can win prizes just for shopping. Every $25.00 spent you will be given a receipt; you take your receipt to ticket exchange to receive a raffle.
“The prizes were donated by the merchants on Court Street, Hamilton Princess, and Cambridge Beaches. All this would not have happened without the hard work from our team and sponsors BEDC, the Corporation of Hamilton, and Soulfood Grill & Café.
