Eva Frazzoni Reflects On Successful Season
Bermuda footballer Eva Frazzoni has reflected on her memorable season for club and country.
Frazzoni, who captains the Bermuda women’s national team, scored in AFC Sudbury Women’s 11-1 win over Stowupland Falcons in the MH Goals Suffolk Cup final at Portman Road on Monday [May 21].
“From joining a new team to making history with my country, this year has been a journey,” Frazzoni wrote on Instagram. “Thank you to everyone who has been part of it.”
Frazzoni was named the Manager’s Player of the Year at the Suffolk outfit’s recent awards ceremony and finished the FA Women’s National League Division One South East season with two goals in 21 matches.
She also led Bermuda to second place in their group in the Concacaf W Gold Cup qualifiers, narrowly missing out on advancing to the play-offs.
