Julia Hawley At Olympic Event In Portugal
Julia Hawley, the Bermuda Olympic Association treasurer, has attended the XXVII Association of National Olympic Committees [ANOC] General Assembly in Cascais, Portugal.
The annual event, which started on Monday [October 28] and runs until Saturday, welcomes representatives from the International Olympic Committee, the International Federations and Organising Committees.
Hawley, the mother of Olympic triathlete Erica Hawley, wrote on social media: “Learning about all the funding available for our athletes/NSGBs [National Sport Governing Bodies] this next quadrennial to LA2028 [the Los Angeles Games].
“Presentation on LA2028, going to be a great Games!”
