Field Hockey: Ravens Defeat Griffins

The Ravens secured a decisive 5-1 victory over the Griffins in the Bermuda field hockey federation’s latest round at the National Sports Center.

Jessica Hollis opened the scoring for the Ravens in the 10th minute, converting a penalty corner. Naina Seth extended the lead to 2-0 with a field goal in the 21st minute. Hollis found the net again just one minute later, capitalizing on another penalty corner to give the Ravens a commanding 3-0 advantage.

The Griffins responded in the 30th minute with Michael Schrah scoring off a penalty corner. However, the Ravens continued their offensive onslaught. Megan Troake scored a field goal in the 57th minute, and Seth sealed the victory with her second goal of the match in the 58th minute.

The Ravens’ dominant performance resulted in a final score of 5-1.
