Jack Harvey Helps Penn State To Victory
Jack Harvey and his Penn State University’s swimming and diving team opened the new year with a decisive 211-79 victory over the University of Chicago.
Harvey, a member of Penn State’s ‘B’ team in the men’s 200 yard medley relay, helped secure a fourth-place finish with a time of 1:28.35.
Individually, Harvey demonstrated his strength in the backstroke events. He placed fifth in the men’s 100 yard backstroke with a time of 48.41 seconds. In the men’s 200 yard backstroke, Harvey finished fourth, clocking in at 1:49.52.
