‘Wonderful World Of Bermuda’s Bluebirds’
In collaboration with the Bermuda Audubon Society, the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute [BUEI] will host a lecture titled “The Wonderful World of Bermuda’s Bluebirds.”
A spokesperson said, “In collaboration with the Bermuda Audubon Society, the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute [BUEI] is excited to announce a captivating new session in the ‘BUEI Talks’ series. Join us on Thursday, March 20th at 7pm for an enlightening lecture titled “The Wonderful World of Bermuda’s Bluebirds.”
“The ‘BUEI Talks’ series is dedicated to informing and educating Bermuda residents about the importance of safeguarding the health of our surrounding oceans. This initiative encourages community engagement with local NGOs focused on ocean conservation.
“Janice Hetzel, President of The Bermuda Audubon Society, will present this lecture, showcasing the beauty and fascinating aspects of Bermuda’s bluebirds. Attendees will learn about these remarkable birds and discover ways to contribute to their conservation and the preservation of their natural habitat.
“Dr. Hetzel holds a degree in science and public policy from Cornell University. Her impressive career includes working with the Natural Resources Defense Council in New York City and conducting research at a fisheries lab at the University of Maryland on the Chesapeake Bay.
