The continental bowling league season at Warwick Lanes delivered another week of action, with the title race becoming even more closely contested.

The league standings saw significant shifts as the top teams faced unexpected challenges. League leaders Pin Heads, who have 61.5 winning points, suffered a crucial defeat, losing 3-1 to fourth-placed Bailey’s Bay Strikers, who now have 58 winning points.

Second-placed Who Gives A Split, also on 61 winning points, experienced a disappointing outing, as they were shut out 4-0 by fifth-placed Too Legit To Split, who now have 56 winning points.

In other matches, seventh-placed Spare Parts continued their strong run of form, defeating ninth-placed Sweet Life 4-0. Third-placed Secret Weapons had the bye week, while sixth-placed Strike Force secured a 3-1 victory over eighth-placed Butt & Vallis.
