Outerbridge Named Track Athlete Of The Week
Bermudian Ryan Outerbridge has been named Northeast-10 Conference [NE10] Track Athlete of the Week.
A statement from his university said “Ryan Outerbridge of the Franklin Pierce Men’s Track and Field team has been named the NE10′s Track Athlete of the Week after a strong showing at MIT’s Sean Collier Invitational.
“Outerbridge posted the best Steeplechase in the East Region this season… by 37 seconds. The margin is the same gap between the second and 12th times. While still early in the season, Outerbridge’s time has only only been beaten four times in the East Region in the last five seasons, including once by himself in 2023. He also ran the 1,500m in 3:58.60, the third-best time in the NE10 this season.”
