Island Trading Ltd. has donated more than $7,000 worth of outdoor furniture to Habitat for Humanity ReStore, a local non-profit that accepts new or gently used household items to resell at significantly reduced prices.

A spokesperson said, “The donation includes teak chairs, settees, coffee tables, pillows, and placemats — all highly sought-after items as the outdoor furniture season is here.”

“Island Trading has been a proud supporter of Habitat ReStore for many years,” said Laura Farge-Lowe, Managing Director of Island Trading Ltd. “We’re thrilled to contribute these quality outdoor furnishings at a time when so many people are seeking to enhance their outdoor living spaces. We’re delighted to support ReStore’s mission to provide affordable home solutions to so many in our community.”

A spokesperson added, “All proceeds from sales at ReStore go directly toward funding renovation projects for families in need across Bermuda, as well as the Transformational Living Centre for Families, a vital resource for families seeking stability and support.

“The donation not only provides affordable, quality furniture to the community but also furthers Habitat for Humanity’s mission to empower families through sustainable housing initiatives.
