Steps To Mental Wellness Walk & Fair On Oct 11
The Bermuda Mental Health Foundation [BMHF] announced the 3rd Annual Steps to Mental Wellness 5K Walk and first ever Wellness Fair, taking place on Saturday, October 11, at the Botanical Gardens.
A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Mental Health Foundation [BMHF], proudly powered by CG Insurance and Zest Wellness, is thrilled to announce the 3rd Annual Steps to Mental Wellness 5K Walk and first ever Wellness Fair, taking place on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the Botanical Gardens – Camden House Lawn.
“This annual event is a celebration of community, health, and hope, bringing together individuals, families, companies, and organizations to take meaningful steps toward mental wellness.
Registration Fees:
- Adults: $35.00
- Students: $15.00
“Registration includes participation in the walk, an event T-shirt, and the opportunity to support BMHF’s Communal Housing Program for individuals living independently within our community while managing mental health challenges.

- Families Challenge – families walking together for a stronger Bermuda.
- Friend Groups Challenge – friends uniting for mental health awareness.
