We have 5001 fewer people living here. We need a charity to develop a programme to get accident numbers numbers down and tell us why we are seeing g so many every week. So what’s the solution? Silence!!!
The problem is that the BPS has not enforced traffic laws consistently for several decades and there is a general sense in the community that traffic laws need not be obeyed
The real problem is intelligence and common sense cannot be legislated.
