BFRS Conducting Driver Training Courses

The Ministry of National Security has advised that the Bermuda Fire & Rescue Service [BFRS] will be conducting scheduled driver training courses in September and October.

A Government spokesperson said, “The Ministry of National Security wishes to advise the public that the Bermuda Fire & Rescue Service [BFRS] is conducting scheduled driver training courses.

Non-Emergency Driver Training

• Dates: Monday, 15 September to Friday, 19 September 2025

• Members of the public may notice BFRS vehicles carrying out controlled driving exercises during the day and night. Sirens will not be used. Motorists are asked to drive with caution around training vehicles.

Emergency Driver Training

• Dates: Monday, 6 October to Friday, 17 October 2025

• Emergency response drivers will conduct exercises under supervision with warning lights and sirens. The public’s patience and safe cooperation are appreciated.
