Northlands Choir Release Christmas Single

The Northlands Primary School Choir, under the direction of their music teacher Terry Henry, is set to release their new Christmas single titled ‘Have a Bermudaful Christmas.’

A spokesperson said, “Although in past years the choir has released two albums and a single, this is the first time their song will be released worldwide on all major streaming and social media platforms. The song was first introduced last December at the Skyport choir competition where Northlands were ultimately named the winners of the Primary category for the second consecutive year.”

Mr. Henry said, “After we first performed the song in last year’s Skyport competition, I heard many children and adults singing and humming the song around the Island. Others have also informed me that they were witnessing the same thing. I was also approached by radio DJ’s for a copy of the song, but we didn’t have an adequate recording available at the time. I decided then to release a proper recording of the song for this Christmas.”

A spokesperson added, “The song, “Have a Bermudaful Christmas” was written and produced by Mr. Henry. The song has a simple and catchy tune while the song lyrics celebrate some of the most cultural aspects of the Christmas season in Bermuda. Mr. Henry has chosen to donate all proceeds earned from this song to provide breakfast and lunch to students in need of the assistance. The song is set to be released on December 1st.”
